Aloha!
This issue had its own, er... issues, as many of our articles didn't get written till late - or worse, at all. Anyway, in our intro letter, we talked about a super-cool contest that Batsheva Miriam won, and how it connects really, really well to this issue's theme. (Head over to Sonspot to hear that MP3 as well!) There really ain't that much else to say, since we covered it all in our nice, long letter. So go read that and enjoy the Mag! A hui hou!* We Guys In Charge Batsheva Miriam and Sara Kayla *That means "until we meet again" in Hawaiian. We used this term because Sara Kayla likes it. A lot.

Dear readers, subscribers, and other random people of the universe,
Ayelet Mag is looking for funding to start printing and expanding, and in general making this magazine even better! You can help by donating any amount towards our ultimate goal of $2000. Our GoFundMe link is https://www.gofundme.com/hcw2ug-ayelet-mag - share with your family and friends, and thank y'all for your help! Xoxo, We Guys In Charge Batsheva Miriam and Sara Kayla Dearest readers,
WE MADE IT! We're starting our second year of Ayelet! Kudos to Chany Goldstein for coming up with our title, "Positively Balanced." We had so, so, so much fun interviewing our, well, interviewee, and we hope you'll bear with us and enjoy reading the extended article as well. (We couldn't make ourselves leave anything out...) Have a great rest of Sukkos, y'all! Wishing you much chocolate (unless you're allergic) and good cheer (ditto), We Guys in Charge BM and SK Alrighty, so here goes!
Our last issue of our first volume! When you see what we covered for this issue's Songspot, you’ll find that our version has a very different tone than the original (as Sara Kayla knew and Batsheva Miriam found out less than a week ago [when she listened to the original song for the first time]), but that’s all chill. We also learned about the differences of interviewing an artist vs interviewing someone who has what you might consider a “normal” job. There are so many more practical questions applicable here that gave us (and will hopefully give you!) a deeper appreciation for anyone with a 9-5 job. Thanks a bajillion to all of you staff and readers who’ve stuck with us all year, and to those of y’all new ones as well; remember to get everyone you know to subscribe! "Parting is such sweet sorrow that I shall say goodnight till it be morrow"* Love, We Guys In Charge, BM and SK * You know, that Shakespeare quote Salutations!
Our newest issue of Ayelet is relationship themed. This is a very broad topic, so it was very interesting for us to see what our various contributors came up with. (Kudos to Mrs. Dr. Altose for coming up with the idea - xo) Relationships are frequent in the story of Shavuos, as well as in our own lives. We don't want to say too much and spoil the magazine for y'all, so we're gonna stop here - go check it out and happy reading! Yours till the tie dies*, We Guys In Charge *So many things that have to do with relationships there. Tell us what you come up with! Hey, all you awesome people!
Our newest and coolest issue is out, and we can't wait for you to read it! It was a bit of a hassle to get this out before Pesach, but we managed to do it - "Ayelet Mag. Defying expectations since 2017." Peace, love, and pogo sticks, We Guys in Charge
There are a couple of things that We Guys In Charge feel are worth mentioning.
1. Welcome to Shira Moskowitz!!!! 2. A big shout-out to ME(!!!!!!) (Batsheva Miriam) for all of my hard and dedicated work! 3. Thank you to Nechama Cohen for taking a LOT of time out of your schedule to answer our interview questions! We love you all, and Keep Reading! ~Sara Kayla and Batsheva Miriam Wow! It has certainly been an eventful journey creating the second issue of Ayelet Mag. We welcomed a few new staff members [Mrs. Berkowitz, hashkafic mentor; Rena Langsner, Point Quartz; E.S., Point Quartz] and extended a few deadlines - Convention certainly threw us for a loop!
But despite all this, we have published our beautiful Chanukah Edition of Ayelet. Keep reading! Batsheva Miriam and Sara Kayla Dear beloved readers,
